1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Nsaboa platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Nsaboa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Description of Service
Nsaboa is an online marketplace that connects customers seeking artisan services with independent service providers ("Artisans") in Ghana. Nsaboa facilitates the discovery, booking, and payment process but does not itself provide artisan services.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Artisan Obligations
Artisans must provide accurate information about their skills and qualifications. They must maintain professional conduct and deliver quality workmanship. Artisans are independent contractors, not employees of Nsaboa. They must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Ghana.
5. Customer Obligations
Customers must provide accurate descriptions of the work required. They must provide safe working conditions for artisans. Payment must be made through the Nsaboa platform. Customers must confirm job completion in a timely manner.
6. Payments & Escrow
All payments are processed through our secure escrow system. Funds are held until the customer confirms job completion. Nsaboa charges a platform fee (commission) on each completed transaction. Refunds are handled according to our dispute resolution process.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, either party may raise a complaint through the platform. Nsaboa will review evidence from both parties. Nsaboa's decision on disputes shall be final. We aim to resolve disputes within 7 business days.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nsaboa acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the quality of work performed by artisans. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount of platform fees collected.
9. Termination
Nsaboa may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time. Outstanding obligations survive account termination.
